This 5 session series prepares coaches to use Practice-Based Coaching to Support Implementation of the Pyramid Model. 

Session One: Introduction to Practice-Based Coaching (10/5/26 12:00-2:00 pm)
 Participants will identify the core components of Practice Based Coaching (PBC)
 Participants will describe the process of the PBC Cycle using an equity mindset
 Participants will identify key strategies for establishing a Collaborative Partnership

Session Two: Setting Goals and Action Plans (10/16/2026 9:00-11:00 AM)
 Participants will identify the essential steps of Goal Setting and Action Planning
 Participants will identify strategies to engage teachers in Goal Setting
 Participants will practice Goal Setting and Action Plan

Session Three: The Importance of Focused Observation and Preparing for the Debrief (10/20/26 8:00-10:00 AM)
 Participants will identify the coaching strategies to use for Observation and Debriefing
 Participants will practice completing a Focused Observation
 Participants will identify the components of effective Reflection and Feedback

Session Four: Coaching with Data (10/26/26 1:00-3:00 PM)
 Participants will identify how data are used in the coaching cycle.
 Participants will explore the Tools and Resources to use in PBC
 Participants will identify the first steps to begin the coaching process

Session Five: Unpacking the Practitioner Coach Role and Making the Most of the EIPFFI
data (11/2/26 9:00-11:00 AM)
 Describe the key responsibilities and expectations of the Practitioner Coach role.
 Interpret EIPPFI data to identify practitioner strengths and priorities for growth.
 Use EIPPFI data to guide collaborative goal setting, action planning, and ongoing
coaching.
